Drive slowly and pay particular attention to children, pedestrians and cyclists. Keep paths and roads clear so emergency and service vehicles can pass.

- Do not park on paths, grass or in front of entrances
- Always leave clear access through the area
Parking for residents and visitors
Use the space assigned to the home and direct visitors to marked visitor spaces. Signs on site show the conditions for each parking area.
Loading, moving and contractors
Short stops near the home may be needed for loading and unloading. Move the vehicle as soon as loading is complete and coordinate longer work with the board.
